Why we price in person
Photos and phone descriptions often leave out details that change the job, like what's behind the pile, how heavy it is, or how tight the access is. Seeing it in person means the price you get is accurate from the start.
What affects your price
- Volume. How much room your items take up on the truck.
- Weight and material. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, or roofing can cost more to dispose of.
- Access. Stairs, long carries, and tight spaces take more time.
- Labor. Demolition, disassembly, or sorting adds time on site.
- Special items. Some items come with extra disposal fees. We'll point these out in your estimate.

- Sedric comes out, the same day if you need it, and gives you an exact price on site.
- You decide. There's no obligation, and no surprise fees if you go ahead.
